The 10 Steps to Telecom Auditing
Is it possible that you might actually be paying your carrier more than once for the same services? Why, if your enterprise’s contract suggests you should be paying $16 per line for local phone service, are you instead being billed $36? You’ll be ready to answer these questions and others after learning how to zero in, like a pro, on prime targets for windfall savings on local calling, long distance and wireless bills. Our highly rated, veteran presenters will demystify your customer service records, while helping you to understand your phone bills and the key components of communications-related cost.
10:20 - 10:40 a.m.
Refreshment Break
10:40 - 12:00 p.m.

Hands-on Exercises
Roll up your sleeves and take on four case studies, working with other attendees on your team to break down real-life invoices in search of more than a million dollars in combined actual savings. Following these exercises, where you’ll be under the close supervision of our veteran instructors, you’ll be ready to rip into your own enterprise’s bills to identify LD rates that don’t match those promised on your contracts, bills for circuits that don’t exist, wireless users not in your pooled plan and more than a dozen other savings opportunities that only a savvy telecom auditor might uncover.
About our presenters: With 28+ years of combined experience, Peter S. Eisenhut and Denise Munro have performed telecom audits for hundreds of enterprises, saving their clients millions of dollars.
